I am an Embodiment Mentor, Master Healer and Alchemist, Kundalini Activation Facilitator and Spiritual Guide devoted to helping you return home to yourself.
For years, I searched outside of myself for healing, belonging and answers, only to realize that the deepest transformation happens when we reconnect to the wisdom that already lives within our own bodies.
My work is centered around awakening your life force energy, activating your unique blueprint and spiritual gifts and helping you release the subconscious, emotional and energetic blocks that have kept you disconnected from your truth.
Through mentorship, coaching, activations, initiations, feminine arts healing, embodiment practices and energy work, I create spaces for you to remember who you are beneath the conditioning, fear, shame and survival patterns.
I believe your body is your temple, your intuition is your guide and your healing journey is not about becoming someone new- it’s about returning to the person you have always been.

My path into this work wasn’t something I planned. In many ways, I feel like this path chose me.
Over 10 years ago, I began my own spiritual healing journey after realizing that the way I was living no longer felt alive and aligned. I was searching for deeper meaning, connection and a way to truly come home to myself.
Over the years, I’ve explored, studied, practiced and immersed myself in a variety of healing modalities that have transformed my life from the inside out. What started as a personal journey of healing eventually became a journey of remembrance.
I’ve spent the last decade devoted to understanding the body, energy, consciousness and what it truly means to embody our fullest expression as human beings.
Along the way, I’ve trained in and integrated practices such as Kundalini activation, feminine embodiment, energy work, the Priestess path, Shamanism, somatic practices, shadow work, womb healing, tantra, Theta Healing, meditation, breath work, ceremony and sacred feminine teachings.
But beyond any certification, what has shaped me the most has been my own lived experience.
I’ve experienced what it feels like to be disconnected from myself, to search outside of myself for answers and to slowly remember that everything I was seeking already existed within me.
As a single mother, entrepreneur and woman devoted to her own evolution, I understand that this journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about choosing yourself over and over again and creating a life that feels aligned, authentic and alive.
Today, I have had the honor of supporting hundreds of soul aligned clients through their own journeys of healing, remembrance and transformation.
The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that we are not here to become someone else. We are here to remember who we are.
I believe every person carries a unique blueprint, innate gifts and a powerful life force waiting to be awakened.
After more than a decade on this path, I know with certainty that this is why I am here.
To guide, to hold space, to remember alongside you and to help others return home to themselves.
Amazing energy work. She was masterful at opening the chakras and moving energy powerfully. I left feeling like a new connected man. If you are new to energy work she did an awesome job explaining what she was doing and guiding you through. She used a mix of essential oils, sound bowls, tuning forks and most importantly her own gifts and healing energy. I will be back for sure.
I did rose divine feminine awakening priestess blessing which were 3 sessions. The first was white rose and I could literally feel my whole body tingling and twitching, it was a intense energy. I no longer have intrusive thoughts, I was able to control my thoughts rather than reacting and become more observant which I struggled and was triggered a lot, my mind and heart was at peace, I did not feel no more anger and still have not ever since.
The second was a pink rose and I felt good I was more in tune with my body and what it really wants, I saw life a different perspective and started to let go of hurtful experiences and started seeing the positive.
The third was the red rose and that was so powerful the energy was more intense than the white I literally felt the energy moving all over my body. It’s been 4 days of my last session and I feel so confident again, I feel so at peace that I have no worries, no more anger, I feel my aura is cleansed and this is exactly what my soul wanted, I know exactly the path I need to be and how to get it without fear, I feel I am powerful and anything is possible also I feel I’m vibrating a higher frequency of love and my partner seemed to notice all the changes so now he is more affectionate, loving and wants to hang out with me every second so now I have no privacy because I’m so irresistible to him, which I was not expecting . I will always be grateful with Alexis for changing my life, my energy and my soul. Everything she does truly works.

Today, my passion is creating spaces where you can soften, release the weight you've been carrying and return home to yourself.
My mission is to help you reconnect to that truth, embody your fullest expression and remember that the kingdom and queendom you've been searching for has always lived within.
This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve walked this path myself.
I know what it feels like to be disconnected from your body, to question your worth and to search for something outside of yourself. I also know the freedom that comes when you finally feel safe enough to come home to who you are.
